The Peatland Restoration and Mangrove Rehabilitation Information Management System (PRIMS) has started an open data policy in accordance with Law No. 14 of 2008 on Transparency of Public Information in Indonesia. Under the new system, all information posted on the PRIMS platform is sourced from the data owner, as they have the right to determine the data sharing rules based on the policy in question.
Unless there are specific data restrictions, all PRIMS data can be used on its platform. Users are allowed to use data outside the PRIMS platform by attaching a link that shows the data owner from the data used. Information about data owner can be seen in the description panel available on each data presented. Users are strictly prohibited from modifying the data on the PRIMS platform for any purpose. All data and information contained on the PRIMS platform must not be used for commercial interests of any kind.
PRIMS cannot provide all forms of data, whether in the form of images, writings, spatial data or tabular data. To request data held by the Peatland Restoration Agency (Badan Restorasi Gambut or BRG) as the rightful data owner, users can contact Deputy III - Education, Socialization, Participation and Partnership. As for data requests from data owners other than BRG, users can contact the respective data owners. Information about the data owner from the PRIMS platform can be found in the description panel available on each of the presented data.
In order to consistently provide the best service, we use Google Analytics tracking technology on the PRIMS platform. Google uses cookies to help us analyze how users use the PRIMS platform.
